METHODOLOGY

Comprehensive Impact Assessment

We prioritize Return on Investment (ROI) over women’s career lifetimes, ensuring they earn higher incomes after our training. By integrating ROI, Social Return on Investment (SROI), and agency measurement objectives into our Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning framework, we comprehensively assess the financial and social impacts of our programs. While ROI focuses on income as our key indicator, SROI and agency metrics capture the broader benefits from the women’s perspectives, ensuring we meet their needs and aspirations alongside funder targets. This holistic approach guides our strategic growth and development.
